Das Verzeichnis führt 80 öffentliche Apotheken in Münster. Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist immer ein Teil der Apotheken im Notdienst; die Einteilung wechselt turnusmäßig, und welche Apotheke Dienst hat, steht am Aushang jeder geschlossenen Apotheke. Verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel werden für gesetzlich Versicherte als E-Rezept verordnet — einlösbar mit elektronischer Gesundheitskarte, App oder Papierausdruck. Notdienstpläne enthält dieses Verzeichnis nicht.
